So I usually get my lashes done at Licorice and I must say that besides Floy's friendly and courteous bedside manners that keeps me coming back another reason why I am loyal to Licorice is because I always leave feeling beautiful and confident in who I am as a black woman. The weight of the world that I carry on my shoulders I can now face boldly. I sincerely thank you Floy for making a difference not only with lashes but through our little small talks during my visit. Overview of my experience: I have suffered from alopecia for most of my life. It has truly taken a toll on my self confidence. I went to Floy's this weekend to get microblading for the first time. Her shop was clean and she was welcoming. She did an excellent job on my brows, she took her time numbing me, and asked several times if I was okay. Her bedside manner and handwork has made me want to come again my for lashes.

I'm not a girly girl, but i did decide to get my brows and lashes done. (top & bottom). Boy! FLOY is the microblading and lashes guru! I'm so addicted now. Every where i go people are asking me where did I get my lashes done or are they mine. The whole entire experience was AMAZING. I would recommend anyone to come here.

Let me start by saying that I was never an eyelash person. I had zero interest in getting eyelash extensions, but that was until Floy did my eyelashes. Let me tell you this..she is phenomenal at what she does. She's professional, she listens to what you want and she also guides you through the process. The ambiance is great and the space is cozy. I am now hooked on getting my eyelashes done by her! I always recommend by friends, and anyone I meet that ask me about my eyelashes. Thank you Floy for being great!

I went to get my eyelashes done again, after an unsuccessful experience at another place. Floy has golden hands and a professional eye!!! I went for a natural look, and she also recommended making the lashes not that curly, as they were hitting my eyebrow before. The result is astonishing! I very enjoyed having a conversation with her as well. It is the third week of wearing these lashes and barely anything sheds. And the most amazing part it only took an hour and twenty minutes!!! No other person i went to has that many skills. The salon itself is pristinely clean, warm in the winter, and has a cozy feeling, although for the most of my visit i had my eyes closes. Definitely coming back!
