How do I book an appointment?
All appointments must be booked online via Vagaro.
This allows us to properly schedule time, services, and preparation for each client.
👉 Walk-ins are not accepted.
Do you require a deposit?
Yes. A deposit is required to secure all appointments.
Deposits are non-refundable and applied toward your service.
What is your cancellation policy?
What happens if I’m late?
Clients are allowed a 15-minute grace period.
After 15 minutes, a late fee may apply.
After 20 minutes, the appointment will be canceled and treated as a no-show.
I already have lash extensions — what should I book?
If you are a new client with existing lash extensions, you must book a New Full Set.
This ensures proper application, safety, and retention. We do not fill work from other studios.
How long do lash appointments take?
How often should I book lash fills?
Most clients return every 1–3 weeks, depending on their lash cycle and lifestyle.
Regular fills help maintain fullness and protect natural lash health.
Do you offer services for sensitive eyes?
Yes. We use professional, low-fume adhesives and prioritize comfort, safety, and long-term lash health. Please note any sensitivities when booking so we can best accommodate you.
Do you offer consultations?
Yes. Consultations are included with your appointment via text message only! They are essential to customizing your lash or brow service based on your features, goals, and lifestyle.

Results vary by skin type and lifestyle, but most clients require maintenance every 2–3 years, with an initial follow-up touch-up after healing.
Can I bring a guest?
To maintain a calm, private, and focused environment, guests are not permitted unless otherwise approved.
What if I need to reschedule?
Rescheduling is allowed with 24 hours’ notice.
Late reschedules are subject to the same policies as cancellations.
